Return & Comfort Guarantee Policy

All delivered or picked-up merchandise is non-refundable unless otherwise approved by Mattress SleepCenters in writing.

Mattress SleepCenters does not offer money-back returns on mattresses, adjustable bases, foundations, frames, pillows, bedding accessories, floor samples, closeouts, clearance items, discontinued items, special-order items, or special-size items.

Mattress Break-In Period

Your new mattress needs time to break in, and your body also needs time to adjust. Please allow at least 21 nights before deciding whether the mattress is the right fit for you.

30-Night Comfort Guarantee

A 30-Night Comfort Guarantee is available on qualifying mattresses priced at $999 and up when purchased with a mattress protector from Mattress SleepCenters.

The Comfort Guarantee is not a refund policy. It is a one-time exchange only.

To qualify for the Comfort Guarantee:

  • The mattress must be priced at $999 or more.

  • A mattress protector must be purchased from Mattress SleepCenters on the same ticket.

  • The customer must sleep on the mattress for at least 21 nights.

  • The exchange must be requested within 30 nights of the original delivery or pickup date.

  • The mattress must be clean, sanitary, and stain-free.

  • Law tags and bed tags must remain attached.

  • The mattress must not be damaged, abused, misused, or used with an improper foundation or frame.

Comfort exchanges must be for a mattress of equal or greater value. If the replacement mattress costs more, the customer is responsible for paying the difference. No refund or store credit will be given if the customer selects a lower-priced mattress.

A $75 local re-delivery fee applies to approved comfort exchanges. Additional delivery fees may apply outside the normal local delivery area.

Items Not Eligible for Comfort Guarantee

The Comfort Guarantee does not apply to: Mattresses under $999, Special sizes, including extra-long sizes, California King mattresses, Closeout items, Floor samples, Clearance items, Discontinued items, Special-order items, Adjustable bases, Foundations, Frames, Pillows, Sheets, protectors, and bedding accessories, Furniture, recliners, chairs, massage chairs, or other non-mattress merchandise

Stains, Damage, and Improper Support

Any stain, odor, soil, damage, or unsanitary condition voids the Comfort Guarantee and may also void the manufacturer warranty.

If you do not purchase a foundation or frame from Mattress SleepCenters, please review your mattress warranty information for required support. Mattress SleepCenters is not responsible for damage caused by improper frames, foundations, platforms, slats, or support systems.

Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, and approval process. Mattress SleepCenters may assist customers with warranty questions, but warranty approval, repair, replacement, or denial is determined by the manufacturer.

Comfort preference is not considered a manufacturer defect.

Store Credit and Approved Refunds

If store credit is issued, it must be used within 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cash or check refunds, when applicable and approved, will be mailed within 7–14 days to the address listed on the original sales ticket.

Credit card refunds, when applicable and approved, will be returned to the original payment method when possible.

Mattress SleepCenters reserves the right to deny any return, exchange, comfort guarantee, or warranty assistance if the merchandise does not meet the requirements listed above.
